TEATRO MOBILE

Adélaïde Cioni

The works of Adélaïde Cioni were born in the barns and fields of 91530 Le Marais, placed on the ground, infused with the rhythm of the farm and the landscape. For the past three years, 91530 Le Marais and the artist have been jointly exploring the possibilities of the hemp cultivated by the farm. The exhibition Teatro Mobile is the result of this encounter between material and abstraction.

Hemp becomes both a set and a stage in an immersiveinstallation, where the textile is transformed into a theatrical space. True to her desire to incorporate theatre into art, Adélaïde Cioni invites visitors to play, to immerse themselves in a vibrant visual universe.
Her works evoke growth — like sprouts emerging from the earth — while also revealing elementary, universal geometric forms. Solar circles, horizon lines, petal-like triangles: her motifs, imbued with ancient memory, traverse cultures andcenturies. They resonate within each of us, like a shared language, a rhythmic decorative code that “points toward infinity and nature.”

With Teatro Mobile, Cioni composes a choral work in which each form, though simple, vibrates with the others. A sensitive exploration of collectivememory, of belonging to the living, where art becomes a space of play, of obser-vationand of listening.
